Selena
Her career included being a performer, performer and designer who broke barriers in the industry. She was the first Mexican American performer who was both traditional and modern. She united both worlds and helped bring Tejano music into the mainstream. Her sudden passing that shattered the rising star's image. It happens to a great many celebrities who die too young. Fans are enthused over through the years to dig their heels even harder working to ensure that her achievements are not forgotten. Selena's tragic death by shooting provoked a response from the Latino community that was similar as the reaction to deaths of Elvis Presley or John Lennon. Selena was a hugely well-known Latino artist throughout North America. Her music transcended the boundaries of culture and touched the hearts of younger and more mature adults. Selena might have been described by certain people as the Latina Madonna, but she's still a fantastic example to follow. Selena's off-stage family values and involvement with AIDS awareness campaigns provide a great example.
